Which browser should I use?
We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best user experience How do I get a password?

Please create a profile HERE and confirm your registration afterwards. You will then be able to log in to the event HERE

I didn't receive Login credentials

You have set your own, personal password during the registration process. Your login name is your email address. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Forgot Password” button. You will then receive an email that allows you to reset the password. Please also check your spam folder if you don't receive the email within 15 minutes.


I cannot Log in
Please try to reset your password. To do so, please enter your e-mail address and click on the "Forgot Password" button. You will then receive an email that allows you to reset the password. Please also check your spam folder if you don't receive the email within 15 minutes.

If I access the platform all I see is a black screen with a spinning circle
Unfortunately, your internal firewall seems to be blocking access to our website. If you try to use a different network or mobile data, you should have no problems accessing it. Sometimes it is enough to update your browser or use a different browser. So that you can successfully log on to the platform, a connection to our servers (*.meetyoo.de & *.ubivent.com & *.ubivent.net) is established in the browser via HTTPs as well as the ""Websocket"" or ""Server -Sent events / long polling"" protocol established. Unfortunately, this is apparently not possible for you. You would have to ask your internal IT whether this can be activated for the ubivent platform.

Video doesn't start I don't see a video
There are no general problems with the transmission of the video. Have you already tried to use a different browser? It could be possible that your firewall is blocking the video. Sometimes this is only the case in certain browsers and this may solve the problem. If the problem persists, please contact support@ubivent.com

I can't hear anything
There are no general problems with the transmission of the video. Could you please check whether you can hear audio by watching any video on YouTube? If you also can't hear any audio on YouTube, there must be a general problem with your speakers. In this case, you could try to increase the volume on your speaker or use headphones. If the problem persists, please contact us again.
